Check the power
at the right connection.
A hub’s charger input, laptop output and accessory ports are separate limits. Compare the one you actually need.
Compare the laptop-output limit
Use the hub’s published output to the laptop. The charger-input headline is a different number.
65 W is an editable illustration. Replace it with the requirement for your exact computer and intended arrangement.
The ceiling clears this first check.
20 W above the stated requirement
This does not establish charging performance. Confirm the supported power profiles, charger, cables and computer before choosing the arrangement.
We subtract requirement from ceiling. We do not estimate output from a lower-power charger, charging speed, or accessory power left over.

Where the examples come from
Anker lists up to 85 W laptop output for both the 332 and 555 hubs. The 332’s USB-C data port is listed at 5 V, 1.5 A. BenQ lists 5 V, max 1.7 A for ScreenBar Pro and 5 V, max 3 A for Halo 2. These published limits are presets, not measurements of a working setup.
